  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic profile information (like your name) via Google Authentication / Firebase to manage your account and subscription tier.
  • Extension Data (Scraping): Our Chrome Extension only activates and collects data when you explicitly click "Run Listing Audit" on a supported Amazon product page. It collects public, non-personal data from that specific page (Product Titles, Images, Bullet Points, and Video URLs) to perform the AI analysis.
  • Usage Data: We store your generated audit history (images, text rewrites, and scores) in our secure database so you can access your past scans.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly to provide and improve our service. Specifically:

  • To process Amazon listing data through our AI models (powered by Google Cloud Vertex AI and Gemini) to generate scores, critiques, and auto-fixes.
  • To manage your subscription quota (Free, Pro, or Agency tiers).
  • To provide customer support and troubleshoot issues.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with essential third-party service providers required to run the application:

  • Google Cloud & Firebase: For secure database hosting, user authentication, and AI processing.
  • Stripe: For secure payment processing (we do not store your credit card details).

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your connection to our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS. Account access is secured via Firebase Authentication.
