Terms & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Listing Grader subscription at any time. To cancel, simply navigate to the "Manage Billing" section within your Profile dashboard, which will route you to our secure Stripe billing portal.
Canceling your subscription stops all future recurring charges. You will continue to have full access to your Pro or Agency features, including your active storage slots and remaining AI generation credits, until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual).
2. No-Refund Policy
Listing Grader relies on advanced, resource-intensive Artificial Intelligence models to generate visual audits and auto-fixed product images. Because we incur significant, non-recoverable compute costs on your behalf the moment an audit or image generation is processed, we do not offer refunds for any subscription payments.
3. The Free Tier as a Trial
We provide a Free Tier that includes 1 Active Slot. We strongly encourage all users to utilize this free slot to test our AI analysis, evaluate the accuracy of the grading system, and ensure the tool meets their needs before upgrading to a paid Pro or Agency subscription.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Our annual plans are offered at a significant discount in exchange for a 12-month commitment. As with our monthly plans, annual subscriptions are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds if you choose to cancel your annual subscription before the 12-month period ends. Your account will simply remain active until the expiration date of that annual cycle.
5. System Errors
If you believe you were billed in error due to a system glitch or double-charge, please reach out to us directly at contact@listinggrader.app within 7 days of the charge, and we will manually review and correct any legitimate billing errors.
